Deliveries & Collections
• We ship our items worldwide, so please email us for a shipping quote and we'll respond within 24 hours.

 All our parcels are carefully wrapped by us – where possible reusing packaging materials – and are sent fully insured, tracked and signed for using reputable couriers.

• Please be aware that HAIRSINES is not liable for the late delivery of parcels made by external delivery companies. Such delays are, sadly, beyond our control.
• Please be aware that customers may be liable to pay
 their own country's customs/duty charges.

• Customers are welcome to collect their paid for items from our studio warehouse - by prior arrangement - by calling or emailing to arrange a suitable appointment time.

Terms & Conditions
• We neither store, share nor sell your private data.  
• All items are sold in good faith and are displayed and used at the buyer's own risk.
• As the pieces we sell are unique, they have 'had a life' - therefore please do read the condition report carefully before purchasing an item. We're always happy to supply as much information as you require.

• All measurements are as accurate as our tape measure.

• All goods purchased from HAIRSINES cannot be dispatched or collected until full payment has been received / processed by the bank.
• All invoices are payable in full via bank transfer (unless otherwise agreed) immediately (unless alternative payment terms have been agreed). 
• All prices on our website exclude delivery. Prices are quoted in British pounds sterling.

• If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us straight away to discuss the solution. Full refunds will only be given if the item is returned to us in exactly the same condition as it was when it left us. The postal cost of a return is the customer's responsibility.
